"Noah was really helpful while I was getting my auto insurance set up. As a new driver, I appreciated how clearly he explained things and how patient he was with all my questions. You can tell he is knowledgeable of what he is offering and makes the whole process easier to understand. The only thing I didn’t love, and it’s more of a personal preference than a complaint, is a lighter touch with the follow‑ups. He was always respectful, but sometimes he kept calling or pushing a bit even after I mentioned I had scheduling issues and would reach out myself. I understand that some persistence is part of the sales process, and I do appreciate when an agent explains the benefits of something and makes sure I understand what I might be missing out on, especially since I’m new to all of this, but I just prefer that once I’ve said ''no'' a couple of times, my decision is accepted and the door is simply left open for later instead of continuing to persuade. Something like, “Here are the benefits, but I respect your decision and it’ll be here if you ever change your mind,” is perfect for me. Other than that, the company has good offers and bundles, and I’ve had a good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out even if is just to compare prices or get a quote :)."
